SPE Panel Lining

SPE Panel Lining
This employs a method of waterproofing or rust-proofing the inside of a structure by affixing SPE panels to the concrete structure with Epoxy and then anchored with chemical anchor bolts (moisture contacting face is made of PE)
This the only product in the market that not only ensures a double waterproofing effect from the concrete structure and PE-steel combined panels adhering to each other by means of Epoxy adhesive, but also enables prior identification of defects in the waterproofing operation before filling with water.

Disadvantages of the existing products and technology

» Disadvantages of epoxy waterproofing methods
1. Contains environment hormone called Bisphenol A.
2. Lower attachment strength and lower durability
    (3~5 years, easily peeled off from high pressure cleaning during repair and maintenance).
3. Requires dry construction.
4. Difficult to assess faulty construction areas.
» Disadvantages of PE sheet Lining
1. PE is very soft and suffers from a great deal of corrugation after construction. Due to the internal water flows and fluctuations
